This upgrade includes 24 transparent blue flood tokens and a blue carrying bag for storage. These tokens allow you to add flooded spaces, introduced in the Heavy Rain expansion, to any map (not just Tokyo). During setup, simply place flood tokens onto any number of spaces to transform them into flooded spaces. The tokens are large enough to easily hold up to two race cars.
