Shipping and Return
Contigious United States:
We ship with USPS. They offer a reduced flat rate shipping for orders within the contiguous United States. Pricing is based on a combination of weight and size. This rate is often priced below direct carrier rates.
Worldwide:
We offer shipping worldwide. On checkout, there will be a list of several shipping options.
Tracking:
Orders over $50 will include tracking.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based on weight and size of product purchased. The rate is automated and have no control of the shipping company’s rate. Additionally, we are not responsible for import tax on international orders and cannot change customs declarations or amounts.
Upgraded Shipping:
Upgraded shipping options only affect the carrier shipping speed, it does not affect our processing time.
30-Day Return Policy:
Unopened and unused items may be returned for up to 30 days for a full refund. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect as a result of our error, let us know and we will arrange to have replacement parts sent to you. You can reach our customer support team: Support@TablePlay.com.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account and view the order by navigating to the Purchase History link under Purchases in the Account Overview menu (accessed by hovering over your name in the top right corner). Clicking ‘Request a Return’ on the bottom right, under the order’s summary, will take you to the return request form. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You can also see a history of your requested returns and monitor their status from the Returns section of Account Overview (found just beneath the Purchase History link).
